Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding during my two recent appointments, resulting in an extraction yesterday. Having been advised to continue shielding, my appointments with you were two of only three times I have been into a building in over six months, and I was extremely anxious about that and having to be without a mask during treatment (as well as being anxious about the extraction itself). At both visits, I was so very impressed with the practice's Covid precautions and I felt as safe as it is possible to do. Your reception staff, on making the appointments, were really reassuring and helpful, and both you and your nurse were very understanding and supportive. I am so grateful that you made it possible for me to have emergency treatment, and I seem to be recovering quickly from the extraction.
Because the practice dealt so well with me, I've been able to reassure a friend who has been referred to West Parade from another dental practice, and she now feels much happier about attending.
I've been a patient at West Parade for nearly 40 years and have only ever had excellent treatment there, so once again, thank you so much for your patience and care, and please do pass on my thanks to your nurse and the reception team.
